Seit 2002 betreibt die Familie neben einem Shop auch das Restaurant Zigante in Livade. Zigante Trüffel steht ganz im Zeichen der traditionellen Trüffelsuche und ist stolz auf seine zahlreichen Geschäfte wie in Buje, Buzet, Pula oder Livade. Zum Imperium Zigantes gehören mittlerweile auch Shops in Livade, Buje, Grožnjan, Motovun, Buzet und im slowenischen Koper. Neben Hum sind die kleinen Städtchen Motovun und Gorznjan und natürlich die Altstadt von Buzet einen Besuch wert. Dann können Gäste auf eine organisierte Trüffelsuche in den Wäldern von Motovun rund um das Restaurant gehen und dort alles über den kostbaren Edelpilz erfahren. Im Jahr 1999 entdeckte der Trüffelexperte schließlich in den Wäldern bei Livade einen Edelpilz. Bereits im Jahr 1973 begann er mit der Ausbildung seiner Hunde zu erfolgreichen Trüffelsuchern. Mit seiner Hündin Diana fand der heutige Trüffelkönig Istriens einen der größten je gepflückten Trüffel der Welt.
