In this The message is " We Should not speak about the crime once it happened but we should prevent it before its happening". We hear form Social Platform and Television about lots of crimes, mostly they cover rapes , child abuse, mob lynching. Recent news is a rape and murder of a doctor inside hospital . But the question is not of rape and murder of a doctor but lots of same things happening in our society and world.
